Purpose
The Malawi Hajj Operators Collaboration provides a framework for collaboration and coordination among participating independent Hajj organizers for the 1448H / 2027 Hajj season.
Its purpose is to support:
- collective planning
- coordination on agreed operational matters
- engagement with relevant authorities and service providers
- efficient procurement of common services
- transparency and accountability in the interests of the Hujaaj
A coordination platform, not a merger
The Consortium is a coordination platform; it does not replace or merge the participating organizers. Each organizer retains its own legal and commercial identity, pilgrims, funds, contracts, pricing, branding and individual operational responsibilities.
